Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit for the event, but if you would like to purchase alcohol during the event, you will need your state approved ID.

How many shows?

On Saturday, May 11th, 2024 there will be 1 Trash Fashion Runway with intermission (2 distinct runway halves)

AGENDA

5:00pm – Doors Open (VIP Ticket Holders)

5:30pm – Doors Open (General Admission)

6:30pm – Runway show STARTS (followed by garment live auction)

7:30 – INTERMISSION

8:00pm – Second 1/2 of the show (followed by Business Challenge voting)

Will there be food and drink available at the event?
Local food and drink will be available for purchase. Fabulous local food carts will be on hand (The Bob, Bigfoot BBQ, El Sancho) at the event serving up yummy food. Our two bars provided by sponsor Slow Ride Mobile Bar will be serving Humm Kombucha, Boneyard Beer, Avid Cider, Crater Lake Spirits, and Willamette Valley Vineyards Wine!

What else is going on at the event?
There will be local vendors who create sustainable artwork and items that purposefully keep trash out of the landfill to peruse and purchase. This year we are expanding our interactive booths to connect with sustainable ideas being developed in our community!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
NO. Please DO NOT print your ticket! The event organizers will have an electronic list of everyone who purchased tickets.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee?
The list of people who purchased tickets will be at the event’s entrance. You must check in under the name of the “ticket purchaser”.
