MARKETPLACE DEADLINE: There is not a deadline for Marketplace Applications. THE MARKETPLACE APPLICATION PROCESS CLOSES WHEN WE ARE FULL – Number to be determined with venue.
New this year we have a YOUTH MARKETPLACE spot for 1-3 youth vendors who can share a table and sell their sustainable goods.

MARKETPLACE VENDOR CRITERIA
Marketplace Vendors sell products that are re-fashioned, made from trash, or products that purposefully keep trash out of the landfill. Entries may be juried. The Marketplace is an opportunity to sell and “market” your work to an increased audience who recognize the value of sustainable products. The Marketplace will be open during the entire event from 5:30-10:00pm. traffic slows during runways.
BENEFITS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
- Your products will be showcased at a large fundraising event with greater than 700 people in attendance over the course of 4.5 hours (5:30 – 10:00pm)
- A chance to highlight your businesses’ environmental responsibility
- Participate in a community-minded fundraising event with other conscious artists
- No percentage will be taken from your sales.
SPACE, SETUP, DISPLAYS, & SALES
- You will be assigned a 4’ X 6’ space. Space “assignments” are made by the Marketplace Coordinator and preference given to order of applications received.
- Setup time will be before the event opens arranged with the Marketplace coordinator.
- Tables, displays, chairs provided by vendor (you).
- Vendors will staff own booths and are responsible for all sales
- Wifi will be available to use at the event for sales and social media marketing (#rubbishrenewed)
COST & BENEFITS
- $50.00 vendor fee ($20 Youth vendor fee)
- You will receive free admittance to the event with your marketplace space.
- No percentage will be taken from your sales.
